Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your group or private trip with Wishlist Journeys. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following:
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit amount may vary per trip and will be communicated upon booking.
- Full payment must be completed by the specified due date prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
- Flexible payment plans are available. Details will be provided upon request and must be adhered to as agreed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
· If you cancel your trip:
- More than 60 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments may be partially refunded (depending on supplier terms).
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refunds will be issued.
If Wishlist Journeys cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low bookings, government restrictions, etc.), clients will receive a full refund or credit for a future trip.
3. Travel Documents & Visa Assistance
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, required visas, and vaccinations.
- Wishlist Journeys provides visa assistance, but we are not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
4. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is mandatory for all international group trips and must include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belonging
- Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to departure.
5. Changes to Itinerary
- While every effort is made to deliver the advertised itinerary, Wishlist Journeys reserves the right to make changesdue to operational requirements, weather, or unforeseen events.
- We will notify all travelers of significant changes and offer suitable alternatives.
6. Behavior & Group Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and locals.
- Wishlist Journeys reserves the right to remove any traveler from the group trip without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
7. Liability
- Wishlist Journeys acts as an agent for transportation, accommodations, and activities, and is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties.
- Travelers participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
8. Photography & Media
- By joining a group trip, you consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before departure.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- Booking a trip with Wishlist Journeys signifies your understanding and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
